Announcing Our $4M Seed Round

January 27, 2025 by Jeff Haynie

Mission Control for AI Agents

We're excited to announce that Agentuity has raised $4M in seed funding led by Boldstart Ventures, with participation from Bloomberg Beta, Southern Equity, and OneSixOne Ventures. This investment will accelerate our mission to build the infrastructure layer powering the next generation of autonomous AI applications.

Why Now?

We're at the dawn of the AI agent revolution. As autonomous AI agents become more capable and prevalent, developers and enterprises face a critical challenge: how to deploy, manage, and scale these agents effectively. Today's cloud infrastructure wasn't designed for the unique needs of AI agents that need to self-learn, self-replicate, and self-heal in real-world environments.

Our Vision

We believe that in the near future, millions of autonomous AI agents will work alongside humans to solve the world's most complex problems. But this future requires a new kind of infrastructure - one built specifically for AI-native workloads and agent orchestration at scale.

That's why we're building Agentuity: the first mission control center for AI agents. Our platform enables teams to:

  • Deploy agents built with any framework (CrewAI, LangChain, Vercel AI SDK,or custom implementations)
  • Manage agent operations and scaling across distributed environments
  • Ensure security and compliance in enterprise deployments
  • Monitor and optimize agent performance in real-time

The Team

Agentuity is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and was founded in early 2025 by a team of industry veterans. Our founders previously built and scaled multiple successful developer platforms and enterprise software companies. Jeff Haynie, CEO, previously founded Appcelerator where he built a global developer ecosystem of over 1M developers before its acquisition by Axway. Rick Blalock brings deep expertise in cloud platforms from leading engineering at multiple successful startups, including founding and selling a fishing technology company.

What's Next

We're focused on building enterprise-grade infrastructure that makes it easy for companies to deploy autonomous agents securely and at scale.

We're currently working with select early access partners and will be expanding access to our platform throughout 2025. If you're interested in being among the first to deploy and run autonomous agents at scale, join our waitlist.
